Scott Whiddon

Scott Whiddon is a writer, teacher, and musician living in Lexington, KY. In Close Quarters with the Enemy (2017) is his first solo recording.

Scott writes and performs with Palisades and has developed film scores for Richard Knox Robinson and Brian Frye/Katrina Dixon. From 2012-2016, Scott served as music director for the Harry Dean Stanton Fest. He’s shared stages with artists ranging from Jerry Joseph to Elf Power to Amy Levere. Currently, Scott is developing a series of shows benefiting Habitat for Humanity, involving various combinations of Lexington musicians.

Scott has also played guitar for The Wags, Sinners, Lexington Conservatory Theater Summerfest, and other projects.
